"Daydreams"
I am a sleepy person. And I experience daydreams when I am lack of sleep. Many of us are experiencing "Daydreams", especially if they are stressed or they just want to escape reality. Daydreaming is a form of imagining something while your eyes are wide open. Maybe you dream that you become a famous dancer or maybe a famous musician. You usually realize you are daydreaming for just two to three seconds (based on my personal experience). Maybe while you are reading this you may imagine something and started daydreaming haha.
Some of my daydreams involve imagining my future or what will happens next and I daydream when I over think of a solution if I am problem intoxicated. The disadvantage of daydreaming is you cannot focus at your own work and you will finish slow. If you are driving don't try to talk on your phone because it can trigger daydreaming and it can cause some serious accident. I will share my experience that I nearly caught up in an accident because of daydreaming, when I was tasked to buy a vegetable to a market I used my skateboard to visit the nearest market and started accomplishing my task then suddenly on my way to the market while skateboarding I just imagine and thought if my money is enough to buy a cabbage and then while focusing on my problem A loud horn of a car broke my presence and realizing that I was at the wrong lane! And I immediately avoid the moving obstacle then I was able to went back home safe.
Some say that daydreaming is an disorder. Wait what? of course it is normal to daydream because we are humans. Humans have brains and brains... ohh never mind. If you don't know how to daydream..... Just take a shower and you will see. That's all my knowledge about day
dreaming if you experience daydreaming if you are in a certain place maybe there is a traumatic event happened there or maybe a happy event took place in the past that's why you start imagining.
